U.S. Consultancy Group, LLC, is an American -owned and -managed Vietnamese limited liability company run by U.S.-licensed Attorney Van Ryan Ngo.  We provide professional U.S. immigration services to our clients.  We also provide various other services to Viet Kieus and Expats living in Vietnam.  We are located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and focus on U.S. immigration matters before the U.S. Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City and the U.S. Embassy in Hanoi.

U.S. Immigration Services:

U.S. Consultancy Group, LLC, provides numerous U.S. immigration services to its clients.  We assist clients who seek to obtain U.S. visas, immigrate to the United States, work in the U.S., become U.S. citizens, and more.  We can assist you to obtain the following, among others:

  • Visitor visas;
  • Business visas;
  • Student visas;
  • Exchange visitor visas;
  • Fiance visas;
  • Temporary work visas (H-1B, H3, L, O, P, and R visas);
  • Family-based immigration (Green Cards for spouses, children, parents, and brothers and sisters);

Leadership and Management:

U.S. Consultancy Group, LLC, is owned and managed by founder and lawyer Mr. Van Ryan Ngo.  Attorney Ngo is a U.S.-educated American citizen who focuses exclusively on U.S. immigration law.  Attorney Ngo obtained his Juris Doctor in Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, both, in the United States.  He has years of U.S. immigration experience running his own U.S.-based law firm, the Law Office of Van R. Ngo, LLC.  Attorney Ngo is a U.S. immigrant himself—having been born and raised in Canada—as such, he is sensitive and has first-hand knowledge of the challenges faced by persons seeking to immigrate to the United States.
